WISE was founded in February’17 while already existed as an idea long before that date.
WISE is mainly focused on each CATEGORY and how it can grow within a selling point.
Shopper’s satisfaction in terms of buying the product needed is the starting point that will serve the sales targets for both the selling point and the company that delivers each product on shelf.
Synthesis, Balance, Consistency, Justice, Differentiation, Expertise and Confidentiality are the fundamentals that WISE is based on and these are the values that company’s DNA is built upon and remain unchangeable throughout the years.

Creation and maintenance of any Product Database required (package measurement, photos, categorization in product groups) per Category and barcode.
The Category placement Strategy on shelf should be the main priority of each company that wants to achieve growth in any distribution channel and any store. The same is valid for any retail chain that wants to have a clear and predefined guideline for Category on shelf per store. We analyze all quantitative and qualitative available data and add any specific product strategy that belong to the Category under scope. Current Product List Analysis per subcategory and Ideal Proposal covering the shoppers needs and the store’s sales for the category. The proposal is based on the available store’s shelf space (per store type), the available quantitative data as well as the unique characteristics of the store or the specific chain.
In WISE, we believe that Category and it’s growth is a responsibility for both the Supplier and the point of sales. This is the reason why we have developed this service where we organize a daily workshop for the Category we are interested in, for which we are working together until we reach to the desired outcome.
This workshop takes place following all necessary prework from WISE to have available all data needed for the team to be able to reach to the ideal proposal for the Category in store.
